Our brokerage fee follows the Real Estate Brokerage Act:

For low-priced properties under ¥8,000,000: fixed ¥330,000 (tax included)

Over ¥4,000,000: (Price × 3% + ¥60,000) + tax

¥2,000,000–¥4,000,000: (Price × 4% + ¥20,000) + tax

Under ¥2,000,000: (Price × 5%) + tax
